Biotage appointment
Following the acquisition of MIP Technologies in May this year (see IN 2 (6) 1; online 17/5/10), Biotage AB (Uppsala, Sweden) has appointed former MIP Technologies’ CEO, ANTHONY REES, as chief scientific officer. At the same time, ANDERS WIKSTRÖM, who was responsible for Biotage’s R&D since 2007, has been made vp operations, where he will oversee Biotage’s global own and out-sourced manufacturing.
